At checkout, we don’t ask for full payment just a 1% refundable deposit.
This deposit is fully refundable until you approve your final specification.

Personal Review & Consultation

We’ll contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to carefully review your build.
Together, we will:

  • Confirm sizing and model choice (Touring, Vario, Pinion, Rohloff)
  • Review battery size and range expectations.
  • Discuss display and cockpit options (Kiox, Nyon, Purion)
  • Explore additional features such as ABS, carriers & racks, tyres, and other custom options.

This ensures every detail suits your riding style and needs.

Final Confirmation & Factory Order

When you’re completely happy with your final specification, we place your confirmed order with the factory.

From that point on, we keep you fully updated throughout the production process.

Build, Inspection & Delivery

When your bike arrives at our workshop:

  • It undergoes a full quality inspection and diagnostic check by our qualified mechanic.
  • The remaining balance becomes due.
  • We arrange either collection with handover or free delivery*
  • We’ve partnered with a specialist cycle courier using custom racks in small vans. This means your eBike arrives fully built and ready to ride -not in a box (unless you’d prefer it that way).
